Remote Support: ($60.00 per hour – Min 30mins)
Onsite Support: ($80.00 per hour – Min 1 hour)
Workshop Support ($80.00 per hour – Min 1 Hour)
Call Out Fee:
Next Day: No Fee
Same Day: $60.00
Emergency Onsite – Under 2Hr’s (Best Effort) $120.00
Customers More Than 20km’s Outside of Perth CBD – 1/2 Hour Additional Fee Applies
All rates listed are exclusive of GST.
Remote Support is charged in 30min increments or part thereof.
Services supplied outside of our standard hours (Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm) will be charged as follows:
Mon – Fri 5.00pm – 8.00pm (time and a half),
Mon – Fri 8.00pm – 8.30am (double time)
Sat 8.30am – 5.00pm (time and a half),
Sat 5.00pm – Mon 8.30am (double time)
